Creating and returning to rooms
Enter a room name on the LiveShareIt home page, or use the suggested name. The room URL is the main way to return and invite collaborators. Signed-in owners can also find rooms under My rooms.
Sharing, access, and audience
Use Share or Copy in the room header to send the link. Room settings control whether visitors can edit or only view. Audience controls whether anyone with the link or only signed-in users may enter. Treat open room links as unlisted—not secret—and only share them with intended participants.
Choose a workspace tool
Editor supports rich text, code blocks, and live co-editing. Files supports uploads, previews, and downloads. Use the PlantUML editor or AI UML generator for diagrams, the whiteboard for visual collaboration, and group voting for shared decisions.
Accounts, ownership, and plans
You can try an open room without registering. Sign in to claim ownership, manage advanced access settings, keep a My rooms list, and subscribe to Pro. The account menu shows your current plan, usage, and subscription controls.
Quick troubleshooting
If changes do not appear, verify your connection and refresh once. If a room is view-only, ask its owner for editor access. Large uploads must remain within the displayed per-file and total storage limits. Diagram previews require valid PlantUML syntax. For access or data questions, review Privacy & security.
