Does a guest room automatically expire?
Unowned guest rooms currently have no plan-based inactivity deadline. Sign in and claim the room to schedule an explicit expiration.
What gets deleted?
The room record, editor data, uploaded files, canvas, diagrams, polls, votes and access settings are permanently removed.
Is expiration immediate at the exact second?
Once the selected time has passed, cleanup is processed when the expired room is next accessed.
Can the room be restored?
No. Deleted room data cannot be restored. Reusing the room name creates a fresh room.
